Vermittelt ein Handy-Verkäufer die Möglichkeit zum gleichzeitigen Abschluss eines Mobilfunkvertrages und kommen die Verträge nur bei Akzeptanz von Servicebedingungen zustande, haftet er nicht für allein den Mobilfunkvertrag betreffende Servicebedingungen. Nicht der Handy-Verkäufer, sondern der Mobilfunkanbieter sei Verwender dieser Bedingungen, entschied das OLG Frankfurt (Az. 6 U 117/24).
mehrEinzelhandelsumsatz im September 2025 real um 0,2 % höher als im Vormonat
Der Umsatz der Einzelhandelsunternehmen in Deutschland ist nach vorläufigen Ergebnissen des Statistischen Bundesamtes im September 2025 gegenüber August 2025 kalender- und saisonbereinigt real (preisbereinigt) um 0,2 % und nominal (nicht preisbereinigt) um 0,1 % gestiegen.

Die Importpreise waren im September 2025 um 1,0 % niedriger als im September 2024. Im August 2025 hatte die Veränderungsrate gegenüber dem Vorjahresmonat bei -1,5 % gelegen, im Juli bei -1,4 %. Wie das Statistische Bundesamt mitteilt, stiegen die Einfuhrpreise im September 2025 gegenüber dem Vormonat August 2025 um 0,2 %.
